This Lake Tahoe vacation rental in Lake Village is nestled among towering scented pines in Nevada one mile (1.6 km) from the California border. It is a three-story, fully equipped private residence. Total floor area is about 1,700 square feet (~170 square meters).There is a LAKEVIEW from each level through the tower pines to the west. It has a 300 gallon, 4-person, top-of-the-line "Hot Spring" HOT TUB on the private outdoor deck on the lowest level. There is a lakeview from the hot tub as well. Each of the three bedrooms has a queen size bed and an ensuite bathroom.Additionally, there is a queen sleeper, three roll-a-way beds and a half bath off the living room. A gorgeous gas fireplace, lots of glass, tiled counters and a good view, make this one of Accommodation Tahoe's most popular vacation rental. Parking is sixty feet from the door with one step up to the front entrance.

Payment Policy: Rates are in US Dollars.Spring$230/night, all-inclusiveSummer$300/night, all-inclusive.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made sixty (60) days or more prior to arrival receive a full refund subject to #3 following. Cancellations made less than sixty days prior to arrival receive no refund and the funds received are forfeited. In the event that we are able to rebook the space, or parts thereof, there will be a refund amounting to the rental revenue received from that replacement booking subject to #3 following. There will be a charge of 5.5% for refunds made on a credit card and 4% for refunds made by check. Credit card refunds can be made only to the card(s) originally used to make the payment(s). There will be a minimum charge of $40 for any cancellation refund.
